Frequently asked questions

What is TRON energy?

A network resource that pays for smart contract execution, including USDT TRC20 transfers. Without energy, the network burns TRX from the sending address.

Why does sending USDT cost more than sending TRX?

A TRX transfer only uses bandwidth. A USDT transfer calls the token contract, which needs energy — and energy is the bulk of the fee.

Is renting energy safe?

Yes. Energy is delegated to your address by TRON’s own mechanism. We get no access to your wallet and never ask for keys, a seed phrase or signatures.

Which address should get the energy?

The one you send USDT from. The recipient doesn’t need any.

How much energy does one USDT transfer need?

About 65,000 if the recipient already holds USDT, about 131,000 if not. See the calculator for details.

How long does delivery take?

Usually a few seconds. The bot tells you when the delegation is confirmed on-chain.

How do I pay?

From your bot balance, which you top up in TRX or USDT TRC20.

Can I withdraw my balance?

Ask support in the bot — refunds of an unused balance are handled on request. The terms explain how.

What if the energy doesn’t arrive?

If delivery isn’t confirmed on-chain, the payment goes back to your balance automatically. Otherwise, message support in the bot with your order code.

Do I need a rental to withdraw from an exchange?

No. The exchange pays the network fee and charges you its own fixed withdrawal fee.

Do you work with companies?

Yes. Smart mode handles recurring transfers, and the API covers integrations.
