Terms of Service

1. Parties and scope

EnergyTRX (the “Service”) provides users with temporary use of TRON network resources (energy and bandwidth), USDT TRC20-to-TRX swaps, address activation and related services through its Telegram bot, the energytrx.com website and API.

The Service is not a bank, an exchange or a custodial wallet, and holds no user funds other than balances deposited to pay for services.

2. Account and balance

An account is created when you first start the bot. You top up in TRX or USDT TRC20; funds are credited once the network confirms the transaction.

You are responsible for the addresses you provide. Funds sent on another network or to a wrong address may be lost.

3. Prices and payment

The price of a service is shown before payment and fixed when you confirm the order. Prices on the website are indicative and follow the market.

Payment is deducted from your balance. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees; the smart mode rate is shown in the bot before you connect.

4. Delivery and refunds

A rental is delivered once delegation of the resource to the specified address is confirmed on the TRON network. When the term ends, the resource returns to its owner automatically.

If delivery is not confirmed, the order amount is returned to your balance. Refunds of an unused balance are handled on request through support; network costs of the withdrawal are borne by the user.

5. Restrictions

You may not use the Service for activity that breaks applicable law, including money laundering or financing prohibited activity. The Service may suspend accounts on reasonable suspicion.

The Service is not responsible for third parties, the operation of wallets and exchanges, or changes to TRON network parameters.

6. Liability

The Service’s liability is limited to the value of the specific paid order. Website content is informational and is not financial or investment advice.

7. Changes and contact

The Service may amend these terms; a new version takes effect when published on this page. Send questions to support via the EnergyTRX Telegram bot.
