3. What we never collect
Seed phrases, private keys, or wallet and exchange passwords. Anyone asking for these in the name of EnergyTRX is a scammer.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. Blockchain data is public by nature and cannot be deleted by anyone.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website uses analytics cookies to count visits. You can turn them off in your browser settings and the site will keep working.
